Family Distribution Trip 2026

Join Chair the Love for a meaningful family humanitarian journey to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, an experience that combines service, connection, and unforgettable family memories in one of the most beautiful destinations in the Riviera Maya.

This special trip is designed for families and travelers who want to make a real impact while enjoying time together in paradise. Through two wheelchair distributions, participants will help restore mobility, dignity, and hope to individuals in local communities.

The heart of this experience is the opportunity to personally participate in two wheelchair distributions alongside local Rotary partners in:

Cancún
Playa del Carmen

The group will stay at Sandos Playacar, an all-inclusive beachfront resort perfect for families.

📅 Proposed Itinerary

Thursday, June 4 | Arrival Day
Participants should book their flights into Cancún International Airport.

This day will be dedicated to arrivals and group transfers from Cancún to Playa del Carmen.

Friday, June 5 | 1st Distribution – Cancún
Transfer to Cancún for the distribution of 50 wheelchairs.

Saturday, June 6 | 2nd Distribution – Playa del Carmen & Río Secreto
Wheelchair distribution in Playa del Carmen.
In the afternoon, the group will visit Río Secreto, where participants will experience the breathtaking natural beauty of the cenotes and underground rivers.

Sunday, June 7 | Free Family Day
A full free day for families to enjoy activities of their choice—relax at the beach, explore the resort, bike around the property, or enjoy optional excursions.

Monday, June 8 | Departure Day
Transfers back to Cancún International Airport for return flights.
